"Last year Vicky collected a horse I purchased and was amazing. The horse was a chestnut mare bought straight from the field so was nervous to load. Stress head mare found it all a little too much. Vicky did some load work left it on a good note and came back the next day. The mare then loaded and was on her way home to me within ten minutes. Vicky handled her brilliantly really considerate to the mare’s sensitive nature and tailored the load training to her. Vicky’s box is also importantly very well constructed and safe. I hired for self drive last week and it was so easy to drive. My trip to the vets was prolonged but luckily no one was booked to use the box after me so I was able to extend my 6 hour hire to a full day hire without any hassle. Highly recommend!"
